What it does
A community-built application that runs the ChatGPT web interface in a standalone window, with a global hotkey and export of conversations to PDF, Markdown or image, for Windows, macOS and Linux. It is not made by OpenAI despite being named ChatGPT, and it requires you to log in with your account. Development stopped in August 2024 while the ChatGPT interface has changed considerably since, so whether it still works is unverified - the official app or the browser is the safer route.
Summary based on the project's own description. The Japanese page has a fuller beginner guide: setup difficulty, what to prepare, and a step-by-step start.
