What it does
Exposes the text-to-speech voices built into Microsoft Edge through a hosted page, which matters for Japanese: the readings are accurate and the intonation natural in a way most free generators are not. Several Japanese voices are available with speed and pitch controls, and the audio can be downloaded. What you may do with the output is governed by Microsoft's terms rather than this page's licence, so check before using it commercially.
