What it does
OCR-based lookup that works wherever text is visible — game dialogue you cannot select, scanned manga, hard-coded video subtitles — rather than only inside a browser. Hover, press a hotkey, and the entry appears; the dictionary is pre-processed for instant lookups and the OCR backend is pluggable so you can trade accuracy for speed. Scan the whole screen or restrict it to a region such as a game window. Windows and Linux/X11 are the primary targets, macOS is community-supported. GPL-3.0.
