What it does
Long agent tasks fall apart when the conversation context is lost. This keeps the plan, the findings and the progress in three files on disk and re-injects them each turn, so work continues across clears, crashes and compaction, and it installs into sixty-plus agent tools as a skill. It does not reduce the underlying risk of letting an agent change files - back things up, and keep it to a dedicated folder since the agent rewrites those three files.
