What it does
Adds a button that reads the current page out loud, which turns long articles into something you can take in while doing something else or when your eyes need a rest. It can use the voices already on your computer or switch to more natural-sounding online services, and it also handles PDFs and Google Docs, highlighting along as it reads. The built-in voices keep everything local; the online voices send the text to that provider.
