What it does
Ingests web documentation, GitHub repositories and PDFs and converts them into skill packages an agent can consult, so answers follow the library's real API instead of the model's recollection of it. Works across several agent tools, with docs in a dozen languages including Japanese. Check the terms on whatever you ingest — publicly readable does not always mean freely reproducible, particularly for paid books and PDFs. MIT.
Summary based on the project's own description. The Japanese page has a fuller beginner guide: setup difficulty, what to prepare, and a step-by-step start.
