What it does
Text-to-audio for effects and ambience — "a car driving through rain", "applause breaking out" — from the research group behind it, with a faster successor (TangoFlux) now published and worth looking at first. The licence is the deciding fact: CC BY-NC, so commercial use is out; keep it to practice and research. Both official demo Spaces were failing to configure on 2026-08-17, though the Colab notebook still works.
