What it does
Upload a photo of a person and a photo of a garment and it composites a convincing image of them wearing it, matching pose and shadow reasonably well. The obvious use - product photos for a marketplace listing - is precisely what the licence forbids: the model is released for non-commercial use only. Beyond that, dressing someone else's photograph without permission raises personality-rights issues, and the result differs from the real garment, which would mislead buyers.
