What it does
Speech in, in-character reply out, spoken through TTS — VOICEVOX for Japanese, Silero for a dozen other languages — with optional Twitch chat reading and VTube Studio hookup. Japanese voices carry per-character credit requirements you must honour when streaming, tokens burn continuously across a long broadcast, and you need a way to cut it off mid-sentence because what it says is on you.
