What it does
Transcribes a recording and then lets you cut, reorder and tidy the audio by editing the text - delete a filler word and the corresponding audio goes with it, move a paragraph and the sound follows. That removes the need to work with waveforms, which is the part that stops most people editing podcasts. Everything runs locally with no cloud. Japanese recognition is weaker than English, so test on a short clip first.
