What it does
Transcribes what you say and displays it in VRChat, or reads it back in a different synthesised voice - an accessibility tool for people who cannot or prefer not to speak aloud, and it works outside VRChat too. Windows only. Several recognition and speech back-ends are selectable: the cloud ones (Azure and similar) send your speech to that provider and may cost money, while local options keep it on the machine.
