Reads the transcripts already sitting in ~/.claude/ and rebuilds what the terminal now hides: exact file paths and contents, inline diffs, the search patterns that ran, extended thinking, full subagent execution trees, and per-turn token attribution across seven categories. Zero configuration and no API keys — download the desktop build for macOS, Linux or Windows, or install via Homebrew. Not an Anthropic product. Those transcripts hold your source code, so mind what you show on a shared screen.
