What it does
Feeds an image to Gemini and reasons about buildings, signage, vegetation and terrain to estimate where it was shot, showing its reasoning on a map — no embedded GPS data needed. That capability cuts both ways, and the line is not blurry: using someone else's photo to find where they live or spend time is stalking, and the output is a guess that people confront each other over as though it were fact. The defensible use is your own photos, checked to see how much they give away. Images go to Google. MIT.
