Records only while you hold a chosen key, then transcribes what you said and pastes it straight into whatever field the cursor is in, so it works in mail, chat, notes and anywhere else you can type. Transcription happens on the device, so audio never leaves the machine. It requires an Apple Silicon Mac - Intel Macs and Windows are not supported - and needs microphone and accessibility permissions to insert text into other apps.
