What it does
Write what you are trying to achieve in ordinary words and it returns a structured prompt to paste into a chat assistant, filling in the role definitions and constraints that are hard to write if you have not done it before. Output is in English; Japanese assistants will accept it, though translating first gives more natural replies. A better-formed prompt is not a guarantee of a better answer, so still check what comes back.
Summary based on the project's own description. The Japanese page has a fuller beginner guide: setup difficulty, what to prepare, and a step-by-step start.
