What it does
Aimed at the common pattern of asking an AI something vague, getting a poor answer and re-asking several times. You hand it a rough request and it returns a specific, structured prompt with the goal and constraints spelled out. It installs as a skill inside Claude - download the files and load them from the skills settings, no command line needed - but the prompts it produces can be pasted into ChatGPT, image generators and other tools. It is an instruction document rather than a model of its own.
