Pandrator
A workspace for turning documents into audiobooks, subtitles and dubs

What it does
Brings document preparation, transcription, optional AI correction and translation, speech generation, review and export into one browser-based workflow, so producing an audiobook or a dubbed track happens in a single place rather than across several tools. Speech and transcription can run on local models to keep material on your machine; cloud providers are optional. Narrating someone else's copyrighted text and distributing it is a rights problem.
Summary based on the project's own description. The Japanese page has a fuller beginner guide: setup difficulty, what to prepare, and a step-by-step start.
