What it does

Sits transparently over the desktop so you can ask about whatever is on screen without switching windows, and the authors state it does not appear in screen shares or video calls. That property is the problem: using it in an interview, exam or assessment where AI is not permitted is cheating, with consequences that can extend beyond embarrassment. It also transmits screen contents to an AI provider, and the authors state that v1 is closed source, so its behaviour cannot be inspected.
