What it does
Tracks nutrition, exercise, body metrics and health data on infrastructure you control, built for people who want the logging without handing the record to a vendor, and set up for multiple users so a household can share one instance. Self-hosting means backups and updates are your job, and health data is exactly the category where an exposed instance hurts — put it behind authentication and TLS.
