What it does
Design a back-and-forth flow visually - ask, capture the answer, branch, ask again - then embed it in a web or mobile app and collect responses in real time. It tends to get better completion than a conventional form. There is a hosted service, or you can self-host with Docker. Note the licence: Typebot is Fair Source rather than conventional open source, so read the terms before self-hosting or building a product on it.
