What it does

Hand it a video and a subtitle file and it corrects the timing against the actual speech, across a long list of subtitle formats (SubRip, WebVTT, SSA, EBU STL, SCC and more) and media containers, with translation available too. Command-line and Docker only — there's no editor UI — and accuracy depends on how clean the audio is. Someone else's subtitle file isn't yours to redistribute. MIT.
