What it does
Takes an existing human-made SRT, translates it via Google Cloud or DeepL, synthesises speech and places the audio against the subtitle's own timings, so the dub stays in sync rather than drifting. Multiple target languages. It needs those subtitles to exist first — this is not a transcription tool — and dubbing someone else's video for publication is infringement. Synthesised voices carry their own usage terms. AGPL-3.0.
